Over the years there has been research into tradition Chinese medicine. There are many benefits to tradition Chinese medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine dates back to 3000 years ago. They have discovered a unique way to heal and cure illnesses.

What exactly is Tradition Chinese medicine?

This refers to a wide range of medicine practice. Some of these practices include acupuncture, massage, exercise, herbal medication.

In traditional Chinese medicine they use the five phase’s theory these five phases include:

Wood

Sense Organ: Eye

Zang Organ: Liver

Fu Organ: Gallbladder

Water

Sense Organ: Ears

Zang Organ: Kidney

Fu Organ: Bladder

Fire

Sense Organ: tongue

Zang Organ: Heart

Fu Organ: Small Intestine

Metal

Sense Organ: nose

Zang Organ: Lung

Fu Organ: Large Intestine

Earth

Sense Organ: Mouth

Zang Organ: Spleen

Fu Organ: Stomach

The view of traditional Chinese medicine is that the body is concerned only with anatomical stricter and functions such as breathing, digesting, temperature maintainece. They are associated then with the nourishment of tissues.

In Traditional Chinese medicine they distinguish between different types of energy or Qi. Your Qi has five functions:

Actuation: Physical processes in the body, like circulation of fluids.

Warming: Especially in the limbs

Defense: Against pathogenic factors or disease

Containment: Keeping blood, urine, semen, sweat from leaking

Transformation: of food and beverages into breath and then into qi.

It is the belief that Qi is generated from your food and beverages and a bit from breathing. The other part of Qi is inherited from your parents, and gets used over the course of your life.

There is much to be learned with traditional Chinese medicine. The above are only a small aspect of helping to heal the body with Traditional Chinese medicine.

Traditional Chinese medicine covers a broad range of ideas and concepts, but it can probably best be summed up as natural or holistic medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine uses a variety of techniques that go back thousands of years, using exercise, massage therapy, and of course acupuncture. Although today, China has embraced many of the concepts and ideas of western medicine, traditional Chinese medicine is still used all over the world as a supplemental form of treatment. When dealing with mental health diseases, like the anxiety symptoms, many people prefer being treated by herbal remedies than western drugs.

The confidence people have in medicine usually determined whether their treatments remain on the western path of medicine or derails for the more traditional Chinese medicinal approach. When people are afraid, in a way that verges on the path of panic, they may initially turn to the medication prescribed by their western physician, but if treatment fails or side effects from their medication exacerbate the problem (or create new problems), people may turn to traditional Chinese medicine to deal that the 1st of the anxiety symptoms.

Besides fear, or panic, the other eight of the anxiety symptoms are a racing heart, muscle pain or severe tension, heightened blushing, insomnia, irregular eating habits, a lack of concentration brought on by extensive irritability, and finally a complete loss of a sex drive. Western medicine focuses a great deal on the symptoms, so they will prescribe you medicine that minimizes the symptoms, sometimes without ever addressing the actual disease. Traditional Chinese Medicine, on the hand attempts to address the actual problem, although indirectly. Nonetheless, people will typically continue with the treatment that works, they will not often switch from western medicine to eastern medicine unless they are not getting the results they want.

The Internet is filled with tips on improving your lot in life, but there really is not anything better to improve your lot than to sit back and start appreciating what you already have. Sometimes the best way to improve the way you think about what you have is to buy a piece of furniture garden and plant some seeds and watch them grow. It may sound silly, but when you are more comfortable with your life, your life is more likely to improve. This is more of a non-western strategy at attacking life, more of a hipster kick of tai chi in the park than a traditional western approach. But, sometimes putting down the surgical blade and picking up the gardening gloves in your life, as Voltaire advised in Candide, really makes a significant difference in a person’s life.

If you decide to approach your life naturally, supplementing your daily therapy sessions with relaxing moment in your furniture garden, you may find that you have done more to ensure the sanity of your mind in that one moment lounged next to your garden, than in the hundreds of psychological sessions your western doctor has suggested you to take. That is not to say a person’s life does not improve when western medicine plays a role, therapy can be very rewarding. It is, however, a person’s reflection on the progress they have made that prepares them for the progress they have yet to make.

Realizing that results of personal progress are not as easily attained as the act of merely sitting on a piece of furniture garden is a good thought to carry in your mind, but to think that one needs not reflect on the seeds they have planted, and the weeds they have let take over their garden is ignoring a fundamental truth. This fundamental truth, one that traditional Chinese medicine was very accustomed to, is simply this… neglecting a holistic approach to healing your mind and body only leads to a body and mind that are never truly healthy. Western medicine would do well to remember this.

Traditional Chinese medicine is a generally topic that covers a broad range of concepts and practices, best summed up as a non-western approach to medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine uses techniques as far back as 2,000 years ago, and although modern science has advanced, the techniques of exercise, massage therapy, and many others have been incorporated into western medicine with great alacrity. Today China has embraced many of the concepts and ideas of western medicine as well, helping people with acute and chronic joint pain by teaching them the gout symptoms followed by a program entitled gout symptoms.

Prior to western medicine, China had been treating gout with strictly herbal remedies, with limited results. Gout is not something that western medicine is great at understanding either, it should be point out. However, when patients take part in gout symptoms they learn different ways to determine whether or not they are a sufferer of this chronic disease. If the people have confident in their treatment, they stay with whatever treatment they started with. Otherwise they change their medicinal approach.

Fear is common when dealing with any condition that drastically effects the body, but when people become familiar with gout symptoms techniques like checking ones big toe for joint pain and redness, or whether the pain comes at night as a throbbing sensation, can be ways to determine whether a person is a sufferer of gout, so that treatment may begin, without increasing the personal fear of one might have about a more serious condition causing them to suffer with a racing heart, the health risks of insomnia, and the lack focus from the panic of not knowing. Western medicine concentrates on the scientific approach to dealing with the symptoms, and people in America often feel much more comfortable with this, but more and more Traditional Chinese Medicine is becoming a big part of an American’s supplemental approach to treating themselves when they come down with ailments.

Traditional Chinese medicine generally means a non-western approach to medicine and includes herbal and supplemental remedies. Traditional Chinese medicine uses several techniques that go back as far as 2,000 years ago. Although American modern medicine has advanced a great deal, for many people when they deal with high blood pressure, they want to know about High bloodpressure symptoms The side effect of Lipitor, which is the most prescribed drug on the planet, is driving westerners to look for another answer besides the western world’s medicinal answer to high blood pressure.

Prior to western medicine, China had been treating high blood pressure with natural vitamins and herbal remedies, with very good results. High blood pressure is serious and if not addressed puts too much pressure on the body and can cause serious life debilitating results. Traditional Chinese medicine has been prescribing many different herbs to provide High bloodpressure symptoms

Sometimes fear stops people is enough to stop people from commonly dealing with conditions in their lives the same way they always have because they want to produce better results. When people become familiar with the High bloodpressure symptoms that has worked successfully for Chinese people for thousands of years, they embrace it. Niacin, or vitamin b-3 is a supplement that raises a person’s good cholesterol while lowering their bad cholesterol and has proven to be a technique that has successfully treated westerners in much the same way as traditional Chinese medicine has helped the Chinese. The only problem is that vitamin b-3 should not be used by everyone. If someone has the symptoms of hypothyroid disorder they should not take it because of how it affects the body’s natural levels of thyroxine, it may still be worth talking to your doctor about.

Non-western medicine typically refers to herbal remedies, or natural supplements that are not regulated by the western medicinal complex. It is important to understand that there are many different approaches to medicine and that herbal and supplemental remedies, particularly traditional Chinese medicine, has a history that is almost 10 times longer than the history of the United States of America, so it might be a good idea to take heed to some of it. American modern medicine has, however, advanced a great deal and that should not be ignored either, but when people are diagnosed with high bloodpressure it could not hurt to inform them of all the options they have, instead of just immediately prescribing them Lipitor.

Prior to western medicine, China’s medical remedies were treating high bloodpressure with natural vitamins and herbal remedies that seemed to help them a great deal. The problem with deciphering the truth behind this specific claim, however, is that high blood pressure really was not an ailment traditional Chinese medicine set out to cure. High blood pressure was not something that was being diagnosed until much, much later. Nonetheless, the problem has always been there and the fact is high blood pressure is as serious as a heart attack, literally. So any way that it can be treated, whether by traditional Chinese medicine or western pharmaceuticals, should be addressed and discussed.

Fear is a factor in almost everything we do or do not do as people. Fear is a driving force and it is a stopping force, it is whatever we have conditioned ourselves to treat it as. Instead of letting the fear of trying something new control us, however, when it comes to high bloodpressure, we should be open to any remedies available. Niacin may be one of those natural supplements, for those approved by their doctor, to use in place of Lipitor and treat our high blood pressure in a more natural way.

Non-western medicine traditionally described herbal remedies, however, today herbal remedies and natural supplements are used heavily in western medicine as well. When one sits back and asks themselves Insomnia cures? Instead of thinking about taking some sleeping pill prescribed by their physician, even people in the western world are reaching in their cabinets for Siberian ginseng and magnesium supplements instead. It is important to understand the many different approaches to medicine, and to include herbal supplemental as part of your routine to combat those restless nights.

Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history, more that 2,000 years long, so the thinking is that it cannot be all wrong. Although there have been many advances in American medicine, which should not go ignored, when thinking about Insomnia cures natural remedies should not be discarded either. Prior to western medicine, China’s medical remedies were probably treating those who could not sleep well but, what was really making people sleep probably had more to do with the physical exertion of every ones day to day lives. If you are having a problem sleeping, there is probably nothing you can do that would work better than physical exertion. Nonetheless, the problem has always been around and the fact is insomnia can really destroy a person’s quality of life.

Therefore, people suffering from a lack of sleep should learn everything they can about how their body works, about what they can do to change their lifestyle, and about how they can help tire their body out fast enough to help it naturally fall asleep. Because natural remedies are usually less hard on the body, when a person is contemplating Insomnia cures a person should try taking ayuvedic, an ancient Chinese herb while eliminating caffeine from their diet completely. The demands of this world can be many, but trying to stay awake for them all will only force you to live a life where you are always tired.

It is often the little things in life that grossly improves one life, and not the big things that people think. The Internet is filled with tips on improving your life, some of these suggestions lean towards the western medicine, and some lead towards traditional Chinese medicine. The truth is, however, your life will not improve until you take control of it (it matters little the direction you choose to go once you put your hands on the wheel). Some people think happiness comes once they achieve some big lofty goal they have set for themselves, while other people know that it comes from the little things they do because it is the little things they do daily that determine the comfort in that day. For example, if every day you come home from work you spend 3 hours sitting in your chair at home to recharge, the difference in your quality of life could be determined by whether or not the rattan patio furniture you sit in for 3 hours every day is as comfortable as it could be.

Clearly, you may feel more accomplished once you make partner at your law firm, or become chief resident at your hospital, but your level of happiness will be determined more by the quality surrounding those little activities you do every day in life, like the type of rattan patio furniture you own, or the quality of coffee you drink in the morning, than by the work you perform.

When we are discussing comfort and happiness, work and profession are not major determining factors, it is the little things that make up those days that determine it instead. Otherwise, once a person attained their dream position they would always be happy and it would not matter what the condition of the rattan patio furniture was that person decided to sit in for 3 hours after returning home.

Traditionally non-western medicine was described as herbal remedies, acupuncture, and tai chi in the park. Today, however, is world where American streets are filled with bike peddling yoga mat carriers, with a bag of herbal supplements in tow, and an acupuncture appointments scheduled in their daily calendars. The worlds of east and west are beginning to mesh. So when someone has health issues, like vertigo symptoms, instead of running to a western physician to have part of their brain surgically removed, they attempt to treat these feelings of lightheadedness and hyperventilation with different means all together.

Herbal remedies and natural supplements play a major role in relieving anxiety and stress from our normal lives, much more than generations before. In fact, just a few generations back vertigo symptoms were probably met with a cold stare and a snap out of it attitude. Today, however, with both a deeper understanding of our scientific makeup, couple with our keen skepticism to modern medicine, people have started to become more involved with their own health. Instead of taking what our doctors say as gospel, we take notes and continue with our own research, understanding that it is important to understand the many different approaches to medicine and to include herbal supplements as a part of our routines to combat our ailments.

Traditional Chinese medicine, like China, has a long history. There have, however, been many advances in American medicine that should not be ignored. Even ailments of lightheadedness should be addressed with grave seriousness as it is one of many vertigo symptoms and could quickly lead to vomiting. If you are having a sense of daily dizziness, you should see a doctor. Nonetheless, when it comes to your treatment think holistically and find a doctor who does as well, it may make all the difference.
